Emptiness, letting go of the stories that keep me solid,
that keep you solid that keep you guilty that keep me guilty
Eventually once all the blames are driven into me
they also collapse into emptiness
My habitual patterns are hardened by my karmic shadow
It brings me grief to fall again and again into harmful, hateful ways
I’d like to rush into compassion for myself and for others
I’d like to forgive and forget for the sake of this moment here
This moment here
And, this moment here
I’d like to understand what keeps me caught up
the hooks of shenpa
to remain inseparable from the goodness that suffuses all
I’d like to connect, let go, refrain, restore, repair
Forgive
Stay
But apparently this journey requires my mistakes and failures
My learning that there is no difference between this and that except for the separation
my thoughts impose
